5.How are Tax and Customs duties handled?

Because we send products from Hong Kong (a free port), there is no sales tax or duties imposed by the Hong Kong government. Customers do not have to pay any sales tax or export duties when
they purchase from our shop.

Statistically, tiny percentage of our orders have ever got opened by the Customs in customers’ countries. If the package is checked by their country’s customs office when the item arrives in
their country, however, customers are responsible for import duties, tariffs, and taxes.

Although the chance of packages being Customs assessed is small, we strongly encourages all customers to check with their local Customs office for any potential import taxes, duties,
and tariffs.We are not responsible for products being confiscated by the Customs in customers’ countries.

6.My order is shipped. Why am I unable to track my order on the Hong Kong Post page?

Please ensure that the tracking number you got is in the form at of RXXXXXXXXXXHK. Here are the reasons for delays of tracking information:

a.Because orders with tracking numbers are sent via registered Airmail, all packages need to be scanned and recorded by staffs at Hong Kong Post and this process takes 48 hours to complete.
After the package is processed, online tracking will appear on the site.

b.On very rare occasions, Hong Kong Post may change the tracking number sticker on a package because the sticker is blurred, damaged, or otherwise faulty rendering it un-scannable. In this

7.Why my logistics information has not been updated?

For HK post and EUB, normally they are responsible for delivering the package to the destination country. After the package arrives in the destination country, it is tendered to the national
postal carrier of that country, and they will complete the delivery in the way that they usually deliver mail. After the handover, information may not be updated for a long time.

Mail delivery practices can vary widely depending on your local country. If you have any questions, we would recommend contacting your country’s national postal carrier regarding
international deliveries.


How do I make a refund request?

All cubes are visually inspected before they are shipped out. However, in the off chance that the product is defective or suffers damage during the shipping process, you may contact us via

Return requests for non-defective merchandise are generally accepted for unopened or very lightly used (No packaging damage, No stickers & body scratches)products in 2 weeks of receiving
the products, but please Contact Us with your specific situation first.

The customer is responsible for returning the items to us in the original condition, with original product packaging and manuals. The customer will bear the return shipping fee for return
requests for non-defective merchandise.

What shoule I do if my order doesn’t arrive after the estimated delivery time?

If you ordered via Paypal, you can get the buyer-protection and have no loss. You just need to file a dispute in the Resolution Center in PayPal, and to request for a refund.

Sales Price Protection(SPP)

1.Sales Price Protection(SPP)

To improve your shopping experience, in our official website (and, if you find that the product is on sales promotion, meanwhile you bought it earlier with a higher price, you can apply for the Sales-Price-Protection(SPP below). If the products are in accordance to the price protection rules, you can be refunded the difference of the price (according to the actual payment amount of the customer).
Thus, you only need to pay with the sales price even when you buy products before the sales promotion.

2.How to apply

You can apply for SPP in 10 days after the package ship out (according to the tracking information). You need to send an email to (the email content includes your order number, the buyer’s name and the products names you purchased) to apply. If the application is approved, you will be refunded the difference = the higher price you paid – the sales price.


1) SPP is not supported in the following orders: invalid orders, unpaid orders, cacelled orders, orders that have been applied for cancellation or deletion, orders that have been applied for after-sales service, orders that have been returned after-sales service, orders with discounts.
2) SPP is not supported for products purchased outside of our GAN official websites ( or
3) SPP is not supported for combo packages, or products those are gifts.
4) SPP is not supported after 10 days after the order is shipped, or there’s no change in the price of the products.
